This comprehensive Bill of Materials system utilises the Sage 50 stock files. All the aspects which a manufacturing company need are included. There is no limit to the number of components the system can handle or to the number of stock items that constitute a 'build'. Labour elements, tooling costs, trial kitting, costing, drawing references and many other features are included. The system allows shortage calculations and the raising of purchase orders in Sage 50 automatically. The issuing of a Bill of Materials results in the automatic update of the Sage 50 Stock File. Sage Manufacturing Batch Controller

This package uses the Sage 50 stock system, allied to the Sage Bill of Materials system. The additional cost of labour, machine time etc. can be added to the Bill of Materials. Production runs can be planned allowing for labour and machine availability linked to stock available through the Sage 50 stock file. Sales Orders can be scanned by the system to prepare for production. Any stock shortfall results in the raising of purchase orders in Sage Line 50 automatically. Production runs can be planned and finished goods put into stock as they are completed. Works Orders produced by the system assist in planning and allow traceability of the origin of parts used. Sage Manufacturing Job Controller

This package allows more detailed control of the 'One-off' production job than Sage Job Costing. Whilst it allows the manual set up of estimates and jobs, it can also create jobs, directly, by scanning the Sales Orders that are held in the Sage system. Stock shortages automatically produce purchase orders within Sage 50. Timesheet details can be entered against jobs and costs continuously monitored. A variety of reports are included with the system. Prices start from £2250.

Sage Manufacturing Controller

This is a complete manufacturing system, which links seamlessly with Sage 50. It allows full control of the manufacturing processes involved in small to medium sized manufacturing companies. It includes all the elements offered in the separate Materials, Costing and Control programs. An advanced graphical scheduler is also included in this top of the range package.
