10.10.11 Sage 50 Accounts v2012

Sage 50 Accounts 2012 moves into a new level of performance. Previously, whenever there was a new version, the software ran slower than the last version. Now, that should be a thing of the past with v2012. You can also lock down the date so that users without the necessary privileges cannot post to a previous date, which has been locked. There is a new Quick Search facility available in the customer and supplier ledgers. The Chart of Accounts edit is more flexible and user friendly, with a preview pane and also the ability to view pre and post tax profit.

11.10.11 ACT v2012

ACT 2012 sees integration with Google Mail as an option and the introduction of a Scratchpad, which enables working from outside ACT followed by updating activities in ACT, when ACT is running. Outlook Calendar Integration has been improved and the Sage 50 Accounts link can be run with remote databases, which was prevented in the previous version. Universal searching has been enhanced to include searching within attachments.
